I called and made an appointment and was given a window during which the plumber should arrive. After the window was missed, I called to check in and was told I was next on the list (at lunch time). The plumber never showed up or even gave a courtesy call to tell me they would not be there. When I called the business the next day, all I got was "sorry." The business made no attempt to reschedule at a reduced rate to make up for the inconvenience of sitting home from work for an entire day waiting for them to show up. In fact, no one tried to address the error in any way.

I had tried calling multiple plumbers and they either didn't answer/call us back or would take too long to come out. I am so happy with the work done by Graham's Plumbing. They got in quickly, were very nice and professional, and they did the work for much less than we anticipated. I will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing problems we may have.

The work done for my home was challenging, and Sam Graham's team kept at it until they met the challenge. I want to stress that Graham's is an outfit that you can trust. To me, that's the most important quality for any business. Will they treat you fairly? If things get tough, will they 'cut and run' - or make things right, for a fair price? I was particularly impressed with a member of the team named Marcos.
