Mr. Nolan is the President of CKS and oversees the day to day operation of the firm. This includes administration, finance and business development, as well as handling numerous municipal clients. Mr. Nolan has extensive experience as an engineering consultant to numerous municipalities and municipal utility authorities in Montgomery, Bucks and Chester Counties, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Nolan joined CKS in 1984 and has worked on a multitude of projects related to wastewater facilities, water supply and treatment, public works, municipal trails and recreational facilities, and transportation. Mr. Zarko is the Executive Vice President of CKS and is involved in the financial and business decisions of the firm.
