Bottom Line: I have never had to try harder to give someone thousands of dollars. Gave up on renting from them after I hadn't heard back about my application in two weeks.
Pros: Setting up a showing was easy. The two apartments that I viewed were nice and priced comparably to other places in downtown Durham for the quality and location.
Cons: The person showing me the apartments (not the property manager) was not well-informed. I was told that there was no laundry on-site at one of the apartments, even though other companies had advertised on-site laundry for the same building. I emailed

I have never been treated so poorly and unfairly by a property management group. First they failed to notify us that our original property manager had been let go and we did not find out until two weeks later when we called the office and asked why he hadn't been returning our calls. As a result, our move out process was complicated and we were forced into a tight spot financially. Not only that, our new property manager is very aloof and will not answer his phone without us calling repeatedly. I would advise anyone looking for housing in the triangle area to avoid using this company because
