Their Topeka ks office charged me for bogus charges when I was forced out of the original unit due to getting flooded by a neighboring unit had to quickly move to another unit and now don’t want to give me my deposit, will I ever rent from them again, not a chance will I recommend them, not a chance have I recommended them yes, will I again no way,… it’s like trying to pull teeth trying to get in touch with them, their new Maintenance guy was creeping out one of my long time friends kids who was helping me move out and then try to charge me for bogus charges that I had never

I've been with Van Binsbergen &Assoc. Since 2017. Im thankful that I have a roof over my head,& allow dogs. It doesn't matter where you live, there's always gonna be something to complain about. I've read alot of bad reviews, and that is unfortunate. But if your that miserable, you do have a right to move. When did people stop counting their blessings?

Nobles square property management has done lost their minds!... towed my vehicle because I parked in the wrong spot.. i thought I parked in 204 next to 203. Well apparently i parked in 104 who knew 204 wasn’t next. Only 100$ says marks towing.. “only” . when I called management I got told I should just leave. 🤯 how I was to do that considering they towed my car!?? I was visiting a friend 😑

Thinking about renting a apartment from Vandenberg? I would take these horrible reviews into consideration. I have not only had a awful experience with this dump but so have two of my close friends. These people are ruthless and money hungry! The maintance woman for this facility is a emotionally unstable drunk.She forgets to fix major problems in the facility and is known to knock on renters doors In crying fits or may also harasse you via text then will apologies, blaming her behavior on her depression. Vandenberg has had numerous complaints from various renters and yet has failed to terminate

By far Robyn and Van Binsbergen & Associates is the best thing in Montivideo Mn. She helped us find an affordable apartment and further assisted with getting settled in comfortably.
