Can't say enough good things about Dr. Lindsay! I'm not one to leave reviews unless it is well deserved and this one definitely is. I started coming to the practice 6 months ago. At that time I was in severe chronic pain. My husband would have to help me out of bed most days. I was just so tired and run down on a daily basis. At the time, I had a long standing relationship with a traditional chiropractor who was great, but I was only getting very temporary relief if any. I have been seeing Dr. Lindsay Mack for 10 months now. I started noticing changes in my posture and relief to the extreme pain in both my heels from plantar's fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis and bone spurs. My spine continues to get stronger and stronger and my balance is much improved. Rebecca, her office manager is so friendly and Dr. Linsay is a joy.

Dr. Lindsay is helping me to find balance and ease within my nervous system and to integrate pain that I have experienced for years. This is definitely a process, but over time I can feel the changes happening to me, specifically improvement to my posture. I love ACLC. I’m so glad that my integrative doctor referred me. Dr. Mack and her office personnel are the nicest, friendliest people. The care I’ve received is unlike any chiropractic care I’ve ever had. No cracking and forceful manipulation. My body is learning to correct itself and find ease, eliminating tension and pain. I can't express how much I LOVE coming to see Dr. Lindsay! Both she, and Rebekkah, are so kind & made me feel so welcome in the practice from the first appointment. I feel that their processes in gaining a deeper understanding of WHY we are in pain is far beyond what I've experienced at other chiropractic offices, and I can't believe the difference I've felt in my pain levels in such a short amount of time. Not only have my daily aches/pains GREATLY diminished, but I got an amazing added bonus I didn't know I'd be getting.... my monthly periods have become tolerable & less painful.

I have been in care for about 3 months now, and both my physical and mental health have improved IMMENSELY.
When I first started care, I had been dealing with intense tension/pain in my neck and shoulders for quite a long time - it was bad enough that I would frequently get headaches from it. Since being in care, that tension, pain, and the headaches that came with it has pretty much been nonexistent. I can physically FEEL the improvement in my posture as well.
I used to also experience very painful periods before care, with cramps that would pretty much take me down and out for a day or two

I have been in pain for years with my neck and lower back. I am very pleased and somewhat amazed at how much my pain has decreased over these last couple months. Also I find myself more "At Peace", and generally more relaxed and not as "On Edge" as I used to be.
I highly recommend Dr. Lindsay Mack and her system. I'll admit, I don't fully understand it. But I do know... It Does make me feel Better and more pain free. And that is something anyone can understand.
