I've been in contact with this business for weeks. Had back and forth communication and received quotes on how much my project would cost. I went into the business in person to discuss moving forward last week and was told I was would receive an invoice soon. After waiting a couple days, I emailed them and asked about the invoice and was told the invoice was being put together and I should hear back soon. After a week I called them and was told that my project was not a good fit and they wouldn't be taking it on. Im not sure why this wasn't told to me as soon as i walked in for the first time.

AMAZING customer service!!! I came in with a very specific, one-off request on a tight timeline. Upon initially describing my request, I could tell it was something they typically don't do, but after listening to my special ask, James didn't skip a beat in making it happen for me. After picking up my items, I needed to return for an adjustment, and not knowing whether or not there would be time to get this completed before I needed it, I was doubtful they could accommodate me. Andrea at the front desk has to be one of the nicest, most helpful, and very patient customer reps I have ever spoken with. She took dozens of my calls as well as back and forth emails about the design for our team jackets.
Kenny the designer knows what he is doing and was extremely helpful in guiding me through the design process and gave me lots of tips and creative ideas so that our jackets would come out looking perfect!

Reston t-shirts have been good to me on more than one occasion. I've used them once before for my high school class reunion and they were great, the design was nice and the price was reasonable. I use them once again for my family where reunion. Mike was answering every question so patiently for me no matter how many times I repeat the question he was willing to answer. I'll use Reston again again in the near future, for homecoming, for my family reunion, for anything! They're awesome!

I've dealt with this company at least six times, the first time in person submitting an original embroidery order and providing credit card information, and then every time thereafter being able to place an order via email for pick up in two weeks at my convenience.

We have found our go-to spot for all our printing needs. These folks are quick with a reply, friendly as you could ever hope for and completely understanding of my need for everything to be perfect. They went the extra mile, found a slight issue with our logo that might not print quite right and suggested an alternative that we love even more. Simply put - the best customer service around. Seriously - what other company can you find that can do a turnover in 2 days of your order?! I contacted them via Facebook and they responded so quick. John helped me through the whole process with figuring out what I was looking for, a lot of me being indecisive going back and forth, and placing the order. He was very patient with me and very accommodating! I picked up my order and it was all nicely placed in a box. Their space has samples hanging and its very well kept and clean. Literally the best customer service I've ever experienced. My organization has been working with them for years to print hundreds (or thousands) of tee shirts for multiple events during a two month span, and they have always been incredible. They are easy to work with, incredibly nice, and do great quality work. Every time we have had an issue (on our end), they have managed to squeeze us in for last minute reprints, no matter how large the quantity. If given the choice, I would never go anywhere else!

Amazing service!! We brought in hockey jerseys and they were able to print exactly what we wanted on them and they look great! The price was also very affordable. These guys did an unbelievable job considering how inexpensive they were. High-quality shirts and high quality graphics. I ordered the minimum 12 shirts online with some cheesy graphics I made up. They didn't awesome job fixing up the design and sending me a proof. After I placed an order, they easily changed the quantity of the sizes via the phone. These guys were awesome!
