Don't ever take your pets here. They do not care about animals or people. Recently while bringing my dog in for an appointment, she had either a stroke or seizure in the backseat of my car in the arms of my two young daughters. When we arrived at the office the entire parking lot was full. So, I pulled up to the front and my husband grabbed the dog and ran in to the lobby holding her with my two children behind. Once I parked and got in to the clinic I'd say I'd been at least five minutes. My husband was standing there with this listless dog the kids were crying and no one had acknowledge

They saved our dachshunds' lives. Our babies managed to unzip a backpack and found some sugar free mints with xylitol. The wonderful vets here immediately started treatment and were able to save our beloved fur babies. We will forever be thankful for the love and care they received.

These people are horrible, horrible. They misdiagnosed my pet, said she was dying, took her to a 2nd and 3rd opinion, not so. The grief and anguish we suffered was horrendous. They have trouble keeping their records and their pets straight. During Covid we were told they had vaccinated our pet when they hadn't yet fetched her from the car - after more than an hour! Whose pet did they vaccinate? Scary, every encounter was concerning.

I had a Really Bad experience taking my cat here. The Vet over medicated and shaved my poor kitty to a point that horrified me! Think again before taking your pet here!

I messaged the owner of the clinic several days ago to let him know my show dog was due Tues and due to the large size of her litter I wanted a csection done. She said sure bring her on in tues. My dog went into labor as expected and I text him to let him know and he told me not to come and to let her have them naturally. Then he had a receptionist call me and tell me not to come
.Best to let her have them naturally. Just as I suspected she had 12 and then labor stopped for 5 hours
I text him to let him know and he said just wait! I said something is wrong so he said ok bring her over. Went

I am new to the area and chose this vet because of the 24/7 hour service for our new puppy. They are an EXTREMELY busy Vet. I really have liked the Doctor (Dr Heidi) my puppy has seen, but the front desk techs, eye rolling girls have a lot to be desired!! I have NEVER been to a vet where the front desk acts so "put out"! The last two days I have had to go in because of my puppy having a procedure done and them forgetting to give me my flea meds that I paid for the day of the procedure. Each day I had two different young women literally rolling their eyes when I would ask a question

My opinion of this vet clinic has gone from "I love them" to they are just there to upcharge you, over charge you and play on your emotions. I feel so taken advantage of. I took Cowboy, my dog, in for diarrhea and not eating like he normally does and I thought he might of had a fever. $770 later and he is being treated for gastritis. Oh they felt the need to do everything that cost me money but I had to finally ask them if they would check his temperature. Isn't the first thing you do with a sick patient is check his temperature?? They weren't worried about that bc it's

My little Sugar was in distress having a hard time breathing. I called Lakeway Vet and made an appointment. When we arrived I was told a mistake was made and there was no appointment. I asked to see a vet and the lady told me they were 95 percent capacity. She gave me the number to AVES. This was extremely upsetting because she could she Sugar was very sick and I was visibly upset. I carried Sugar to the car and called AVES and was told they were at capacity. I picked Sugar up and ran back into Lakeway vet and told the girl AVES was full and Sugar needed to see a vet and again she told me they

Stay clear! After giving this vet our business for years, our pet became deathly ill and was turned away during an emergency. While I understand inability to board a pet when over crowded, at least give emergency treatment to save the pets life. I think that takes precedence over regular checkups, dental cleanings, toenail clipping, vaccines, etc

I love the fact that this Lakeway veterinarian was very knowledgeable about my dog's health. I was fascinated with how he checked out my dog's eyes ears all of his vitals. I was impressed with how well the staff brought in my dog immediately and focused on what he was therefore. Definitely I may switch my vets even though I have one of the best vets but she lives very far away now and this is just down the street from me little did I know how lucky I was. I really enjoyed the fact that the price was very reasonable and enjoyed speaking to the doctor regarding a new heart and flea medicine

Y'all do not care about animals. You care about money. Absolutely horrible experience.
I would never trust y'all with my pets again. You're lucky that she's okay, honestly.

Do not take your pets here, they do not know what they are doing, they only care about money.

Dr. Doyle is so loud that my cat was shaking -- like obviously shaking and he did not lower his voice-- she's traumatized from that and god knows what else. They are unprofessional and most of the front desk people are rude.

I have to wonder how animals are treated behind the scenes, I wasn't able to

Literally, Dr. Rand Doyle, Dr. Heidi Moore, and the staff here are practically family. They have nursed Zoe through the bad, ugly, and downright terrifying. There is literally no one else I trust more with my favorite four legged member of my family.

Ear infections, open wounds, stomach bugs, porcupine quills, cancer, cold laser therapy, they can do it all.

They're open 24/7, run smoothly, and are very thorough. It comes at a pretty penny, but you get what you pay for.

I was so blessed to find this office!

I have a 3 year old cat who was not spayed and very uncomfortable from her heat cycles. I was told it was a more serious surgery from previous vets considering she was not a kitten. I was being quoted $ 600-700 to get this essential procedure done.

When I found this office I was immediately comforted with the most amazing vet Dr. Doyle, he made my sweet cat the priority and made time for her when they were very busy! More than reasonably priced, and everyone in the office truly cares about the pets there!!

100/10 recommend

This is a difficult review for me to write as I've had a great experience working with Dr Heidi and Dr Miller. However, the customer service has permanently turned us away as clients. The last straw for me was when I had dropped off my senior dog at 12p for a procedure that involves sedation and using an ultrasound to extract liquid from her chest and abdominal cavities. I was confident that Dr Heidi could handle it, and I was told that they would call me with an update.

Over 6 hours pass, and now the hospital is operating as emergency services. I thought it was odd that I had not heard

The vets may be ok, but scheduling staff is not. Offered an appointment, showed up as confirmed to be told no appointment. I have the email confirmation for it. Multiple requests sent to talk to office manager but no response. I will be looking elsewhere.

Dr Heidi Moore is amazing, she has saved our dog twice. She listens to her clients and recommends the best treatment. I know our 16 year old miniature schnauzer would have crossed the rainbow bridge in 2018 if it hadn't been for her.
I am taking off 2 stars because of the receptionist (male), i am not sure who he is but I have spoken to him twice on the phone in 2 weeks and both times he was rude and the final straw was he would not listen to my wishes or even consider my point of view, it was his way or no way.

This was a very hard night and this morning was even harder. My husband and I are very fond of rescue dogs. Tank was The Best Rescue Ever!!!!! We saw a problem with his gums about 2 weeks ago. He is 13 and has never been sick. Still the gums were concerning to me. Covid19 makes the Vet visit less personal. However, Dr. Homnas was Involved and on the front line to care for my dog. We sadly let him go today. Without her, tears would be the experience and it is. Still she was very reassuring and allowed us to rest him respectfully. Her Staff was also amazing. Tank likes girls, and they spoiled

The covid procedure here is very frustrating. In order to get anything from the office, you have to park, call the office, and hope they answer. No walk in allowed. The phone wait can be 10+ minutes just to talk to someone. Regardless of what you need. If you are dropping your dog off for an appointment, you must wait on the call then wait for them to come out and pick him up.

Picking up a prescription? Call, wait for someone to answer, then wait even longer for them to bring it out. It shouldn't take 30 mins to pick up a prescription. Note: this is a prescription that my dog had prescribed

Love the vets here and have been coming for a long time. Since COVID it has been really hard for them.

I tried to give them some time to adjust before getting frustrated but we're 6 months in and you still sit on hold for 8-10 minutes when you arrive, one time they forgot about us for 30 minutes and everyone that came after us was helped, and getting your vet records is a long wait and multiple phone calls.

Again, the Vets and vet techs themselves are wonderful which is why I keep coming back but the customer service/curbside operation could use a makeover if that's how they continue
