After interviewing about ten roofers, I signed with Prestige Roofing and have absolutely no regrets. John and his office staff responded quickly to my questions and concerns. The new roof is exactly as I envisioned it. This company is a class act. Hire them if you want a roofer who values customer service.

John and his crew went above and beyond with installing a new roof on our house as well as installing 2 solar tubes in our dark kitchen. They were quick and professional and they did a good job cleaning up each day. After they completed the job, we had found some wood rot that was overlooked at the end of the roofing, but after a quick email to John, he literally got his crew back out here and fixed it the next day. From bid to completion, Prestige provided 5+ star service. John was friendly and personable when he came out to provide an estimate. We'd received several other bids before meeting John. His bid was the most comprehensive, professional and thorough bid that we received. He was honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done as well as their timeline for starting the project.
On the day work started, the crew arrived and started to work right on time. The original estimate for completion was 3 days. The finished in less than 2 full days! They kept the job site clean and tidy

From beginning to end, Prestige Roofing, was professional, honest, and dependable; from estimate to clean up. The home office was also very responsive and answered all our questions. This is my first time re-roofing a house and I had a great experience with this company. John the account rep did a great job of explaining my options, problems with my roof, the scope of work, and of course the cost. Once we agreed on the options, the price never changed. Of all the bids I received, they weren't the lowest of highest, they were right in the middle. I'm happy with my 50 year guaranteed Presidential roof and highly recommend Prestige. Their coming back to build my patio and I'm sure it will look as awesome as my roof. Check out the pictures.

Out of four different companies I inquired about I choose Prestige. John (roofing contractor) )explained to me the best how everything would work and understood my needs. I got a free estimate and a good price. Work was finish on schedule and Lupe Vasuez supervises the hard working crew. What I like the most is that they wanted the job well done and would go the extra mile for me when i had request. I can honestly say Prestige Roofing is good company and can recommend them anyone.

Since moving into our new house Jan 2019, we've been upgrading here and there, and one of the things I wanted to update was our roof. The previous owners had Eagle Lightweight Tile (a barrel tile) installed 29 years ago, and we started having more and more issues with cracked tiles and a small leak. After contacting Eagle we were told they would replace our tile for free (tile and delivery) we just had to pay for the underlayment, labor and any wood replacement. After having about 6-7 quotes from roofing companies, we contacted John the owner of Prestige Roofing. I have to admit, at this point

After shopping for a “tile reset” and getting quotes from 4 highly rated roofing companies, we chose Preferred Roofing-Santa Ana. John Arrealno provided my quote within a day. It was on the more economical side and we said ok.i was surprised to see John at my home on their first day....Was introduced to his on-site supervisor to answer any of my questions, 4 days later we got our county permit completion.

Originally got John and his company, Prestige Roofing, on a house that we were going to buy in January. We weren't able to buy the house, but since John was so great the first time, we booked him to check out our current home. We had originally had it booked for the week after the shutdown, but since the shutdown hit, the roof was not able to be completed until the last week.
John and his team were extremely professional and great at their craft and stood by the quote and were extremely helpful during the whole process. We were in constant communication through this tough time. Would recommend

John and his team were quick to respond and did a very good and thorough job. We have a flat roof and it is a challenge to fix the drain openings. Not only did they fix a couple spots They may be the only roofing company in our area that stands behind their work and won’t quit until the job is done right.

Great, honest and professional company. John was always responsive and patient while explaining each step of the process. Prestige Roofing was able to do my reroof in 2 days, their crew was awesome, courteous and tentative. I highly recommend this team of professionals for a fair, reasonably priced, and attractive roof to anyone needing roof work, my husband took some drone photos of their work after the project was completed.
