Northstar Roofing put on a new roof for us 8 years ago after Hurricane Ike passed through here. The owner, Dave Moran, was great in explaining our insurance coverage and our options to us. The roofers did a thorough job and went through our landscaping with a magnetic broom to pick up any errant nails.
This year we needed a downspout rehung and leaves blown out of the gutters. I figured I'd call the roofing experts and let them also recaulk anywhere the caulk from 8 years ago might have pulled away over time. We want to keep things water-tight up there, especially when snow and ice melt

David Moran, the owner, came out to our residence to give an estimate for some roofing and soffit work. Was told that he would have a quote back to me within a day or two as it is work that we hope to have done before winter. Three weeks and two phone calls/voicemails later we have not heard back from him. A return phone call stating that he has no interest in the work would be the professional thing to do. Not recommended due to unprofessional customer service.
