If your looking for a job don't apply here, ken Donahoo is superintendent and every single person has quit because of ken. Ken is running this business into the ground and is not beneficial to the owner Leo. As long as ken is there at L&L they will just continue to lose workers. VERY TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT!!!! Ken knows and has a LOT of experience in concrete 35+ years to be exact, but he is not competent enough for his position, he isn't a LEADER he is purely a boss and really not a good one at that. Apply at a company that genuinely cares about the way they treat their employees. They're plenty
