I am more than satisfied with the workmanship and detail this company puts forth. The staff is very polite and courteous while addressing all of my questions and needs. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. I have called the office on several different occasions and the office manager, Andrea, is always patient and kind. She takes the time to explain all of the details as well as setting up consultations that fit within my schedule. Contacted Landscaping tune-ups for a simple timeframe on an estimate. Received a rude response from Andrea. Who told me that "They were too busy right now and will get to me" Two weeks went by and still no email or phone call, not even a simple follow up. I went with another company. I'll spend my money where its appreciated and with a company that appreciates their customers.
