We hired Brehmer Law, a criminal defense attorney Bakersfield. He was extremely good, we didn’t know he did cases other than DUI in Bakersfield. We hired him for a complicated felony charge and without going into detail, he won. He is truly the best at any case he takes, he is very detailed and prepared. I would give 0 stars if I could. Beyond disappointed. Was a waste of money. Made promises that were already given. Failed to mention a lot. And horrible at communicating with me. I had to find out my license was suspended on my own because they "thought we discussed it" the dui fees were cheaper than the amount I paid to hire this guy.

When hiring Mr. Brehmer for my DUI case, he told me to not worry about anything because he’d handle it all. He is highly respected and has many credentials that back up his skills and dedication. Brehmer is fantastic. DUI Defense is a very tough and scientific area of criminal law that many private attorneys out there are not well versed in. Brehmer however is the gold standard. Brehmer is not only prolific in DUI defense, but is literally reshaping the field in how attorneys across the nation approach defending a DUI. DUI prosecution is all science based...and Brehmer is a scientist...so why wouldn't you want a lawyer who is also a scientist defending you?
