Naturalization: Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to a foreign citizen or national after he or she fulfills the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). You have been a permanent resident for at least 5 years and meet all other eligibility requirements.
Lawful Permanent Resident is a status that allows residents to remain permanently in the United States. It is also referred to as having a green card or being a green card holder. Consular Processing - if the foreign national is located outside the U.S. or is not eligible for adjustment of status. There are several ways a person may become a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) or a green card holder.
Under certain circumstances a foreign national may be able to immigrate to the United States (U.S.) through their relationship with a lawful permanent resident (a "green card" holder) or U.S. Citizen (USC) family member. A Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) is someone can live and work permanently in the United States.

Denise is inarticulate in court. She is scatterbrained and and lacks attention to detail. It took 2 visits with her to get the facts straight, then still got information wrong causing increased cost. She left out key points in court. She admitted to making a HUGE technical error in my case. Due to her error she said she would write off my bill. Later she not only charged me for the full amount, she threatened to sue me for it. She is not an honorable person. I will forever regret hiring Denise Penton as my attorney.

I always learn to believe in God while walking on rugged paths of life while facing challenges. But at the same time God always send angels to walk us out through hard times and in this particular seriously family crisis situation, God send an angel in the form of Denise. How?
