I'm a mobile notary and due to Venh, the owner's, amazing service I incurred no downtime. He was fast, efficient and he's an extremely nice person!

I called at 10:15 AM to confirm they serviced my Brother laser printer. Dropped printer off at 11 AM. Venh called at 1 PM with diagnosis & request for repair authorization, which I happily approved. At 2:45 PM I picked up my repaired printer.

This was exemplary customer service as I expected the turnaround to be several days not under 4 hours!

I was having a problem with my Epson printer, and after trying everything I could at home, I brought it in to Printer Plus. I appreciated that they were providing service during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place order, and that they took health and safety precautions, like wearing a mask. Venh provided great customer service, solved the issue in a very timely manner, and gave me guidance to prevent my printer problem from happening in the future. If I ever have another problem with this printer, I'll definitely come back to Printer Plus.

Thank you Printer Plus! Vinh was really helpful in sorting out the issues with our Brother Printer. Unfortunately it turned out the broken part was more expensive than the printer was worth, but his diagnostic fee was super reasonable and he hooked us up with a similar model printer at a very fair price. Even got to save and re-use the nearly-new ink cartridges from our old printer.

Great experience with these guys on a warranty repair of my Brother printer. Both Vinh and Henry were responsive in a timely manner, and I had my printer back in a few days. Location is easily accessible -- quick in & out. And, it was a pleasure chatting with Vinh -- a really nice guy! Overall, I was very pleased with their service.

I would like to heavily recommend these guys. I had a situation come up in my business where I needed a printer at 8am and these guys answered the phone and sent my assistant back with a beefy refurbished HP workhorse. As a former technician myself, when I heard that the printer wasn't working on arrival to my business (I was elsewhere) I called them and was upset. Vince stood his ground and stood behind his product and we were able to resolve the problem easily. He called me from his cell phone outside of a customers house and put my issues first. Printer is stellar. Thank you guys.

Vinh, the proprietor of Printer Plus, accomplished a warrantee repair on my Brother inkjet printer within a few days. He was patient while waiting some days for me to obtain ink cartridges compatible with this machine, a necessity because he needed to re-flush ink to saturate the ink system after replacing the head. He had to run some test pages to get the printer back up. Previously, one color had been blurry, even after dozens of tests, cleans, and purges that had been made at Brother's suggestion over the phone, leaving the cartridges dry. Even under warantee I did not think this printer

Vinh saved my beloved Epson r3000 by thinking outside the box!
Beloved and pricey and only 2 years old, it had a breakdown and initially appeared unfixable. He tried several methods and rescued it and I DO NOT HAVE TO BUY A NEW PRINTER!!
He was clever and so affordable, especially since it took longer than a standard repair.
I would unconditionally recommend Printer Plus!

Don't go to this place! We already knew what was wrong with our printer, USB was loose/bad, and the owner said the mainboard needed to be changed. Regardless, they charged us $35 for "diagnostics" as "store's policy!" And I don't understand what they mean by diagnostic except having to open the damn printer and look inside.
Won't go to this place again.
ADVISE: You'd better off buying a new printer than getting these people fixed it since it, very likely, will cost you less to buy a new one than paying labor fee, diagnostic fee, part fee etc.

Had a problem with my Brother color laser printer. Called to verify they could perform warranty repair and they promptly confirmed they could. I dropped off the printer and to my delight they said they could fix the issue will I waited. Since this was my home office printer I really appreciated the quick turnaround. They removed the damaged part and showed it to me and explained what could have caused it so I could avoid future issues. In this disposable age it was great to find a good repair shop and I would recommend them to anyone.

My printer was acting up and I decided to patronize printer plus despite some previous bad experiences. They're just located close by and I figured I needed their services.

Vinh was very thorough in explaining the issue that was causing havoc for me and was prompt in repairs. Despite my past bad review he showed great customer service and to me that is what I call a great business owner.

Thanks again for the service and now I'm glad I can say they're a five star to me.

Throughout the past (7) Seven years, I have been going to this place, getting better prices on ink cartridges, versus corporate stores...Also by recommendation from the owner/operator I upgraded to a black and white laser printer, skeptical at first, since I have been through numerous printers with inkjet cartridges which needed constant low output replacement; but now very satisfied with the recommendation. I also went with his recommendation on a Color refurbished printer saving me quite a bit of money to include as indicated by the spec printout about a 75% capacity on all colors except for

I read the Yelp one-star reviews below but chose to ignore them because this place was so close and convenient. But I should have listened!

The first tip-off that this was a strange place was the fact there was no heat in the middle of a cold Winter day and everyone was wearing jackets. Had the heat just gone out, I asked? But the owner gave only a vague response. Later it occurred to me he was probably trying to save money even though my printer problem required it to stay on a while and the printer head needed to get very warm before it malfunctioned.

The owner, Venh Shin, promised to arrive at 10am this morning repair my wife's copy machine. He called her at 10:15 to say his tech guy was not available and needed to reschedule. My wife and I thought Venh was the tech guy.

Venh said he knew last night his tech guy could not make it but did not notify me or my wife. The tech guy is a subcontractor of Printer Plus.

I told Venh I will never use his services again. Very disrespectful for him not to notify me or my wife last night when he knew his tech guy was a flake.

I encourage everyone to vote with their wallets. Poor Service = No Business
