CORE 4 Engineering was founded by Matthew Christianson, P.E., S.E. in late 2013 with a goal of creating an engineering firm that works with architects, contractors and building owners by listening to their needs and project vision, and executing that vision. CORE 4 has since assembled a team of experienced engineers, designers and support staff that have a like-minded philosophy putting the Client first and NEVER saying "We Can't Do That".

We understand that the Owner and Architect have specific goals, and we focus on those end goals throughout the project. We pride our staff on being Client-Focused, Creative, Collaborative and Communicative to ensure our clients are our top priority. CORE 4 Engineering is seeking a structural engineer to expand its structural design team. We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual who is interested in experiencing the challenge and pride that comes with being responsible for a variety of projects from new unique buildings to the strengthening of existing structures.
This over 200,000 square foot mixed-use building called "Willow" contains over 108 studio, one, two, and three bedroom units with underground parking, office, retail, and entertainment areas for residents. Retail and office tenants in the new building include a variety of small businesses from fine jewelry to digital marketing.
