Ordered Mid-May with prepaid and was told 2 week turnaround. Well got the last of the shirts 4 months later but not the actual shirts ordered. I got partial order Mid-July with being told they would have the others the next week. I figured since they don't call, I need to take what I can get. Also was supposed to pick up at 4:30, I arrived with no one there. Business hours clearly states on signs and doors open til 6.

I picked up my shirts and hats and a rain jacket yesterday. This order was messed up, took far longer than promised. I even have my artwork on a email where I had "approved" things, to prove what I'm about to disclose. These people substituted 1 of my long sleeved shirts in black, they were all supposed to be red. You do NOT do this without consulting with your customer, she did knock that off the price. However, it's the point. My rain jacket was only single sided printed and the colors were All wrong. This was also discounted, again, not the point. She even had a picture of the artwork on the

This is the best place in town if you need custom printed apparel, signs, banners, business cards, etc. It's locally owned and operated, so your money goes back into the community. Compared to other printers, they have an excellent turnover time and will work with you to ensure you get a product you're happy with.
