This is a great option at the right time of the year (best in fall), for large areas if budget is a consideration, and if you are willing to dedicate enough time to fertilize and water the new seeds to ensure good results.
A well-graded property allows water to move away from the foundation of your home and helps prevent water from pooling and leading to other problems in and around your home. A French Drain is used to remove surface-level water and to channel it away to prevent water from penetrating or damaging foundations.

One of our rentals had a flower bed that was overgrown.
We contacted Siara and was able to schedule a consultation quickly. We explained our needs and Lena (the owner) was very responsive to what we were looking for - a general clean up of the overgrown shrubs and some new plants for the bed.
The crew came out quickly and was able to get the job done in 2 days. They were able to complete the project ahead of schedule. The whole process was smooth and the team did a great job removing the old shrubs and planting new ones. I've attached the "before" and "after" photos

After speaking with Lena, I'm even more upset over all this. I've explained to her, as well as directed her to this review where I outline my dissatisfaction, what my issue with her is. She way overcharged me and she said she did that because I was nice to her and wanted a lot of work done. She says she does not understand my issue with her but then begged me to take the photo down. Lena designed our front yard landscaping, taking our feedback into consideration, and it looks great! Despite all of the rain, they were able to get it done. I had follow up questions and Lena was patient and responsive. I also appreciate that she itemized everything out in case we wanted to do things in stages. I highly recommend!

Lena was great to work with. Extremely responsive, personable, and fair with pricing. I had dealt with multiple l escapers who either never called me back or never provided a quote prior to getting in contact with Lena. She was out to my house as soon as she could be and provided a prompt quote on the work I needed done. I'm very pleased with her professionalism and the work which was done on my property. Lena and her crew are very professional and did great work! Our sad front and back yard were dead and so ugly despite my best efforts. Lena did a redesign that fit our budget and looks so nice!

I don't write bad reviews, but I felt obligated. I chose Siara because at the time (early summer) it had 100% 5-star reviews. I have a new construction house, so I had all grass in the back. Lena installed some trees and beds, and she also installed tile on the patio. Awful experience. If you don't care to know specifics and want to know who I hired to fix everything, scroll down to the end. The problems:
- Within 2 weeks, grass started growing everywhere in the beds (see photo). I called Lena and she told me to pull the grass out and pour vinegar over it. She gave me a hard

My review remains unchanged for the following reasons:
1. Lena, the owner, has failed to return my calls and her response below does not acknowledge the problems supported by my photos.
2. The edging continues to veer off center and should be measured before correction.
3. The front edging, one cut off on the inside half of the thickness and the other cut off on the outside half looks ragged;
4. Communication with the homeowner is essential for the success of a project. Sending a workman, especially if he does not speak English, to work on this project without informing me that he was coming

We have a font yard that the flowerbeds were in need of a redesign and a complete do over! Working with Lena and her team was amazing. She was punctual, professional and thorough! Her quote was accurate and reasonable for what we wanted done. She kept us informed of any changes and any price fluctuation to let us make that choice. Lena and her team did a beautiful job on our home's landscaping. From our first time meeting Lena, we were very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge.
