I don't give five stars lightly but Fred earned them all. As and Environmental Systems Engineer I can attest that Fred is as good as they come. He came out on a last minute notice to repair our heating system as an out of network callout. Our insurance company's contractor couldn't respond for four days. Once Fred knew that we had a newborn and no… heat, he dropped everything and got the heat running in less than 1 hour. Fantastic job Sir and we appreciate your honesty and excellent customer service. Give him a go, you won't be sorry. Super knowledgeable in matters of plumbing and HVAC.
