Home Range Real Estate, Inc. was established in 2007 and began as a one room office located in Stellar Sales with Gary Richards as the Broker and his wife, Marsha as Sales Agent. Lots of business was conducted out of that little office, but within a year Home Range moved to downtown Oberlin at 157 S. Penn Ave.
