Dr. Rowell recently moved to Utah from Dallas Texas (so be careful what you say about the Cowboys). Dr. Rowell studied Biology at Utah State University and Graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University. Dr. Rowell has a beautiful wife and one little girl. Together they are enjoying the mountains and getting outside as much as possible.
Chiropractors understand that one of the main causes of pain and disease is the misalignment and abnormal motion of the vertebrae in the spinal column called a subluxation. Chiropractic works by removing these subluxations in the spine, thereby relieving pressure and irritation on the nerves, restoring joint mobility, and returning the body back to a state of normal function.
Chiropractic doctors practice natural, drugless, non-invasive health care and rely on the body's ability to self-heal. Sounds ideal, but just how does it work? Like other health-care providers, we follow a standard routine to gain information about the patient. We consult, review the case history, conduct a physical examination, and we may request laboratory analyses and/or x-rays.

Dr Rowell was awesome along with Stephanie who helped to make my appts as convenient as possible. Really attentive to what was wrong, took the worry about getting better after a car wreck off my shoulders. It’s not about a slap on your back and getting to the next person as fast as they can. They literally get to know you and want to see you get back to normal

Never in my 12 years of driving I would think My first accident would be 14 days after giving birth. I was left in serious neck pain, body aches, headaches and not being able to breastfeed my baby without the aid of a bottle. I was recommended by several to go to Dr.Rowell who was 50 min drive away from where I was but I wanted great care so I decided to go to him. At Capstone chiropractic you get professional, and personal care beyond measure. Dr.Rowell is so dedicated and extremely passionate about what he does. Dr Rowell is the best chiropractor hands down. I am 34 years old and I had lower back and neck problem for over ten years. I had dumbness going down my arm. Pain in lower body. I was always popping my neck and lower back every 15 to 30 mins just to relieve the pain. I would go other chiropractic in the years past but it only help for little and nothing changed. I did research that you need a chiropractor who does x-rays to understand your body and back so that the Dr can know where to pop your body where it hurts. Capstone does this. Dr Rowell will fix you and get you on plan for your body. I said

I was referred to Dr. Rowell by a friend of a friend for serious neck and shoulder pain. After the first visit I already had a good idea of what's going on with my spine, and what would be necessary to get things back where they need to be, and now that I have been seeing Dr. Rowell regularly for two weeks I am already feeling better! He and his staff are kind and wonderful people who really do care deeply about the individuals they are treating - they are professional and efficient, but everyone I've met here has a sense of humor and a gentle heart too!

I was referred to Capstone Chiropractic after I was rear ended and my truck was totaled. From day one, Dr. Rowell and his staff were very welcoming and informative. Throughout my recovery, I really felt like he genuinely cared about me as a patient. It was actually a little bittersweet when I was released yesterday, and I couldn't help but smile at the way he "geeked out(his words)" when he was showing me the before and after pictures of my progress. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of chiropractic care.

I came into Capstone in light on getting T-boned back in October of 2020. Dr Ryan Howell was excellent n care from the adjustments, x-rays, and other therapies needed. In addition to treatment, Dr Howell seemed to be invested in me a person and not case, offer guidance beyond just chiropractic care. I also appreciate the patience and accommodations that his office assistants had with me. Whether it’d be from an auto accident or other reasons, I would highly recommend Capstone Chiropractic

My favorite chiropractor! Great personalized service! Used in-office x-rays after my motorcycle accident to show me where my spine and neck were messed up to come up with a plan of action to fix it. Never any wait when I come in for a scheduled appointment. Doc always remembers what's going on in my life and asks for updates. Just a great place.
