A few years ago they got me straight on some past years i didn't pay taxes during my younger foolish years when Uncle Sam started to take my tax returns. I've been going to them ever since. I like that i can just hand them all my papers and they do a great job with the preparation. Very nice people.

I had my taxes done here, one year, and ONE year only. The one staff member, Derick, was the only nice person I dealt with. The accountant, an older female, had to be the rudest woman I've ever met. She made us feel uncomfortable and like we were bothering her the whole time we were there. I thought it may have been that she was having a bad day, but she was also like that when I picked up my forms. I have also had to call for another reason and she was so rude on the phone and wouldn't even look into my question, just blurted out an answer without even checking my file. When I questioned her,
