With nearly 20 years of experience, Hariet Vanderput - Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master - will gently guide you into deep relaxation. She will create and hold a space in which it is safe to let go of the 'guards' we put up to protect ourselves from every day and long term stresses. With the use of Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release techniques and Reiki you will feel soothed and rejuvenated on a physical, mental and emotional level.

I have seen Hariet for many years, beginning with her practice at Hands on Health in the Porter Exchange building and now continuing in her new office. She is a very kind, generous and competent therapist with a wonderful calming energy. I find I can fully relax in her presence and I leave feeling happy, grounded and renewed.
Before we start the session we decide together on a treatment plan. I step out to provide privacy while the client gets undressed to their level of comfort and gets on the table, under the top sheet and blanket. Professional draping techniques will be used throughout the treatment. The table is heated and double padded.
Hariet graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy (UCMT) in 1999 where she finished the regular course and the additional clinical course. Right after graduation she started working at UCMT as a Teacher's Assistant for Craniosacral classes and Reflexology classes. She was also a volunteer TA for the course 'Introduction to Massage' that the school offers to the general public and potential new students.
