Years ago, Stephanie Fields Beaulieu's grandfather owned Fields Real Estate. My wife and I had been scouring the dark web for our diamond in the rough, and along our way we crossed paths with many an unkind Realitor. We often got scoffed at because of our price point wasn't 200k+ even though we told them "we want a fixer upper", and when we did find those fixer uppers they got snatched up quick so my wife and I quickly grew an anxiety of not being able to get a bid in quick enough because we always dealt with slow agents. If I could give more stars, I would. Fields Reality took care of me from the very first phone call. As a buyer, you really need an agent that can make themselves available. Our realtor showed us many properties in a short period of time. She not only showed her own listings but happily those under other agencies. This goes to show Fields Reality had only OUR best interests in mind. Furthermore, she was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Other realitors may lose contact after the negotiations. Fields Reality stuck with us to the very end. Excellent agency!!
