Ken Chamitoff began working in the entertainment industry as a stunt man in 1985 while majoring in Music at UCLA with a minor in Film & Television. In 1988, he opened his first production / photography studio in downtown LA. For nearly ten years, Ken focussed on photography, shooting for several top Hollywood Agents such as Elite Models, Ford, LA Models and others.
All Pro-Motion Pictures' photographers have been hand selected by the founder Ken Chamitoff. The criteria of the selection was based on a combination of 5 critical elements that the founder believes are essential in order for our clients to experience excellent service and receive exceptionally high quality photography.
Ken Chamitoff discovered the inspiration for dance photography through taking his daughter to dance classes. Ken soon found himself watching classes, rehearsals, and performances with his eye for asthetics, motion and his artist's appreciation for form and beauty. His athlete's respect for the extreme athleticism of dance pushed him further into a desire to record dancers in all aspects of their performance.
Pro-Motion Pictures takes pride in our executive portrait division. We specialize in helping brokers empower their agents by providing a professional photo day opportunity at which agents can get high quality executive portraits taken conveniently at their brokerage. We even provide personalized business cards and fantastic marketing tools to agents and brokers.
Pro-Motion Pictures offers athletic teams and club owners a unique opportunity to earn free marketing tools and an annual student composit simply by allowing us the privilege of photographing their athletes and offering them exceptionally cool photos and stunning design art packages. Our photographers are all trained in capturing action and provide efficient, friendly and professional service.
