All the staff that works there are just great and understanding. Extremely nice. The dentist is very professional and very understanding of your needs regarding your teeth. By far the best dental care I have ever experienced! The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team was outstanding. Dr. Darancou was very informative/detailed and incredibly nice. Julie went out of her way to help me schedule an appointment as quickly as possible since I was only in town for a short period of time. They actually got me in the very next day. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

Laura was able to get me in on short notice due to an infected tooth that was causing pain. Hygienist Staff was extremely accommodating and personable. Convenient location. Julie was very helpful explaining my benefits and out of pocket costs for the work I needed done. Dr Darancou discussed all options with me. So thankful to have found a great dentist after recently moving to El Paso!

Was headed down the road of inconsolable. The dental assistant and I spoke and we both decided it was best to reschedule for the sake of the baby, me and the other patients in the office. Who wants to hear a screaming baby while they have their mouth worked on? They let the doctor know and he came in... what happened next I’m still floored on. Dr.… Darancou comes in and says “this time could have been used for a patient who respects my time and would want to be seen. Why would you bring your baby?” I completely shocked was brought to tears. We all know what it’s like
