The only reason I am rating with 2 stars (instead of 1) is because the hygienist who worked on me was pleasant.
That being said...
I called two days ago because I have a filling that fell out (that AIM put in just two years ago) and am left with a hole in my tooth... it is annoying, and painful, and food keeps getting stuck in it (I know, gross). When I got into the chair today, the hygienist asked if I wanted to do 1, 2 or 3 quadrant deep cleanings. I was confused... It has been years since going to the dentist. Their team has had me in there half a dozen times in the last couple months.
After 15 fillings, a night guard, and a Zoom teeth whitening session, my teeth are looking and feeling great!

My hygienist Elizabeth provided a friendly and professional experience. She was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. She has a firm yet gentle touch in my mouth. I look forward to seeing her again in six months.

This office always provides great service! Got me in an hour early so I could start my day earlier! Is quick and thorough with cleaning and then barely any wait to see the dentist for the exam. All staff is friendly and accommodating. Dentists answer all questions and always take time to address any concerns. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I had an excellent visit. My hygienist was very thorough. Its the first time since i had my scaling done that I felt like my teeth were thoroughly cleaned and he was excellent at explaining what was going on, what he was finding, and encouraging me on how to take care of my teeth properly.

I never liked going to the dentist, so put it off as much as possible. But the Clinton staff immediately made me feel comfortable, explained everything, and made sure that I was ok with everything that was happening, something I had never had at other dentists offices. They also made sure I was comfortable and satisfied after each of my visits. Definitely recommending them to all of my friends!

I became a patient of AIM Dental recently and I have had extensive treatment done. The staff and Doctors are the most friendliest, happy, helpful and knowledgeable I have ever experienced. They did not push anything on me and allowed me to make my own schedule as far as the extensive work I am doing. I am very happy I found them!

Aim is really a great dentist office! They have always been very accommodating with scheduling. The front desk people are very nice and the hygienists and doctors are all really nice. I have had to schedule a few emergency visits and they have always come through. I would've given them five stars but if you don't have full coverage they are a little on the expensive side and for that I took away one star. They still are great for cleanings and fillings and repairs which most insurance covers in full. They equipment is pretty high tech and they seem to have all the new technology.. I would

From the first call to the very end of my visit I experienced the absolute best customer service! Everyone was so accommodating while I brought my one year old with me and helped while I got x-rays done. They really went above and beyond explaining everything that was going on, how billing works, scheduling follow-ups, to waving us goodbye. I can’t not recommend this office enough!

The dental hygienist was friendly and my cleaning was uneventful. The office staff were helpful and I only waited a minute or 2 before my being called in after arriving a little early for my appointment.

We can't say enough great things about Dr. Maheen Ishaq and staff at AIM Dental. They have been our dentists since establishing the practice and have taken care of me during a very precarious period of health challenges, and they have always wanted to coordinate care especially with things such as excess radiation. Love on line scheduling and find the office to be wonderfully equipped and operated.

Went here a few times, was told by two dentists I had cavities and then when I went to go get them fixed the dentist told me there were no cavities and that there was no need to drill into my teeth.

I also have two friends that have gone to them that they caused problems to, one of which had to have her tooth filled twice, the first time she went the dentist was all frantic about being behind schedule and was rushing, he kept looking away while he was drilling to look at the computer and clock. Used AIM as my new dentist office after moving to MA from Colorado. My first visit went smoothly and the front desk, hygienist, and Dr Ishaq were very friendly. I look forward to my next cleaning and checkup.

Great place very accommodating and quality work done. The office is clean and comfortable, the reception staff are wonderful, dental assistants, hygienists and dentists are all great as well.

I had always gone to the same dentist, ever since I had teeth. After moving to the Clinton area, I just couldn't find the time in my schedule to travel 1+hrs to remain a patient there.
After a few years (yikes) of not having regular cleanings, I found Aim Dental. I was so nervous to go somewhere new, and was embarrassed that I hadn't had a cleaning in so long.

Great initial experience at this practice. Very nurturing staff who spend the time to explain your options for treatment. My recent procedure went very well and the staff took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout.

I had to wait for almost 1 hour and half, despite of having an appointment. So many stuff VS 1 dentist, but there are 6-7 chairs for patients. Some stuffs were even frustrated with the Dr., even felt my frustration for this loooooong wait, that Dr. seems less care about. Even worse, a Hygienist gave me an Anastasia shot, which I am not sure if it's legal. Not much of explanation or advise for my teeth. With many more reasons, overall, I can't recommend this dentist.
