Kevin in the body shop replaced a burnt out LED running daytime light. They picked me up from my job when my car was finished. They also washed it and added tire dressing. I have also used Nave in the past for a tow and a flat tire replacement. I feel like this is a very reputable business. I like that they do it all, fairly priced and close to my home. Lisa is a joy to work with and Jim in the mechanic department is very professional. When you talk to these people you feel like you’re talking to a good friend. To me it feels like you get small town service in a crazy busy world.

Kevin, the auto body shop manager, was prompt, thorough, helpful and very willing to work with me to repaint my bumper, whose paint and pearl finish were peeling off. No waiting to get an appointment for an estimate; he told me to come on down. The bumper repair/repaint was done very, very well, with a very good paint match, considering the original paint on that bumper was 27 years old. Kevin explained the differences in paint formulation then and now but that he would work to get as close a match as possible. He and his crew did just that. A van that was lent to me by a friend started leaking, and I was concerned it was transmission, so I didn't want to drive it around until I knew for sure. The crew at Nave Motors fit me in within 2 days when every other place I called was close to 2 weeks out even just to take a look to see what the issue was. These guys figured out the issue, fixed the problem, as well as told me of a few other issues I needed to be aware of... Not trying to sell me on more work... Just letting me know. And they were affordable as well. Super crew and business. Highly recommend.

We needed to have our truck towed for a second time and called AAA. Nave Towing had towed it the first time when the bed was full of stuff, but the second time, another tow company came out and said we'd have to empty the entire bed before they could tow it. I called Nave and they came out and said they could tow it again even though we had added more items, but had tied it down securely. However, when they got to our house, they were able to start it with no issues, even though my husband had tried a couple of times. Since then it has worked with no problems so the gentleman who helped me

A+++. Trusted! I cannot properly express how amazing that I think these guys are! Friend of mine just brought her car to them ( per my endorsement) and she is equally as happy as I. SO HARD to trust a car place (esp as a woman who does not want to know anything about cars!). I came from LA and had a trusted mechanic in Hermosa Beach. Moved here blind! Brought my beater car to Nave (in 2013) with check engine light on, I was broke and desperate to pass smog! They SAVED me for little $$. Life has improved and I bring 2 family cars to them and they are SO AWESOME!!!

This place is the best! They have helped me on my rig numerous times with a smile and confidence knowing that they have the ability to get my family and I on the road safely.
Helped me figure out why my screens were flickering and they didn't even gave tio do that.

My car's front bumper was missing a clip and I was searching for an auto body shop to help with this issue. I found out about this shop via the AAA website and when I walked in there was no wait time (even though I didn't have an appointment!). They helped right away! Kevin was so kind and explained what he was going to do to take care of the issue. Their customer service is excellent and I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I don't recommend backing up into a cement pillar to anyone but I do love my car even more than before I caused the damage now that they've repaired my crunched front fender and another spot that was annoying me. It wasn't cheap (quality body work never is) but I know Kevin extended an excellent price to me for the work done; I did my homework before-hand by asking nitty-gritty questions and getting quotes from other reputable shops, and from an artist in paintless dent repair.

I was in a fender bender not more than probably a week and a half ago and I was instructed by in my insurance company to bring my car to Nave Motors. The prompt service I received and the incredible attention to detail from Kevin was beyond great service! Kevin continually kept me abreast of any progress going on with my car. He even offered to drive me to the rental car business. The efficiency from Nave Motors is beyond any other company I have dealt with. I'm appreciative for everything they did and I will definitely be coming back here and recommending this place to everyone.

My experience with Nave Motors is that the staff is quick and professional, honest and helped replace my belt after it started making squealing sounds. They were kind and courteous on the phone both before and after drop off.
As a female with little automotive knowledge, I appreciate the good customer service, did not feel judged nor doubted when I described what was going on with my Subaru. When I went to Marin Subaru, I waited in the stuffy waiting room with my mask on for three hours and there was no communication until I asked what was being done about my car which appeared to just sit there

Came promptly to pick up our '94 Silverado. Determined it was the cables to the batteries. Said they could get it started if hubby wanted to drive it to the sho but cautioned us that the cables could shake loose again on the way. We opted for the tow.
They replaced the cables. Gave it a thorough check and said it was in great shape.

My truck broke down late one afternoon not far from their shop so I called and they were very friendly and helpful. They have their own towing service so they came out quickly, towed me back to the shop and gave me an estimate for the repair the very next morning which was very fair. They were able to complete the work that day which was not an easy fix.
I am extremely happy with their work and just as important was the fact that everyone there had a great attitude.
I will definitely seek out their services again in the future even if I don't break down near the shop.
