Our doctors are dedicated professionals who strive to provide quality veterinary medicine to promote, protect and celebrate the partnership between you and your pet. I graduated from the College of Veterinary medicine, University of Minnesota in 1975 and practiced in Wisconsin until 1988. I moved to California in 1988 and started, Angel's Care Animal Hospital in 1990.
Angel's Care Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. The hospital was established in 1994. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories.

I will never, ever understand how her cat was sick enough for him to recommend euthanasia, then proceed to keep the cat alive for days doing unnecessary, cruel surgical procedures on it.

After running to several vet clinics and even couple of pet hospital all either too busy or just not interested to care for my pregnant Yorkie, we were blessed to find Angel’s Animal Hospital, the staff and specially the Dr. were so kind and caring. They assessed the issue and promptly performed the surgery needed. Not only were they caring and prompt to assist us, they made sure we had all the medications needed and the service fee was the most reasonable in the whole IE area. Thanks to everyone in the hospital that day, my Yorkie is well and happy.

Can't say enough good things.. takes our dog whenever we need her to go to a vet, and also literally saved our puppy's life a few days ago when she went into anaphylaxis (Banfield by contrast only partially addressed issue, with puppy going downhill again shortly after seeing them). Got her stabilized and she's doing alot better now. Really positive experience for a otherwise very stressful situation for us.

Dr. Hah is the best. He's genuinely invested in his job and practice and cares for animals and their owners. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. The entire staff is very nice and has taken great care of all of my animals when I bring them in. My cat went in for an abscess that burst and needed emergency surgery which they performed (the only animal hospital that would take her after being turned away by 5 others). The after home care required 2 people and when I left for a work trip they allowed my mom to bring her in twice a day to flush the wound. The whole process has been less stressful

Dr Hah has helped me at critical moments on 3 different occasions. I have been able to be seen on short notice and he helped my nursing dog mom overcome whatever was ailing her. He also removed declaws on 9 puppies. He knows so much about dog reproduction and puppies and I am forever grateful. Sometimes there is a slight language barrier so just make sure to ask clarifying questions.

After being turned away from other animal hospitals, I recalled there was one by our home. We went there with our dog and found a kind and compassionate doctor and staff. Our dog was very sick and Dr. Hah made us feel like he really cared. He was an amazing man. Once we determined a course of action for our dog, Dr. Hah, Mrs. Hah and the staff treated us with dignity and respect during a very difficult time. Thank you for the way you treated our Equis!!! I will always give my best ratings to this facility. The entire staff is so loving and caring towards pets and owners. Dr. Bill Hah was very clear about what surgical procedures he'd be performing on my dog. You can tell that Dr. Hah loves animals and loves the work that he does. He showed me his state of the art surgical instruments and operating room to ease my mind and ensure me that my dog was in great, capable hands. Our golden retriever, Nala, was vomiting a lot so we took her in to see what was going on. At our visit we found out that she had bone fragments stuck in her stomach. Dr. Hah and his team handled Nala with the utmost care as they did X-rays and various tests. She had to have an emergency surgery to take out the bones. Dr. Han and his team are amazing and are always available to answer this first time moms frantic and worrisome questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Han to anyone who wants the upmost card for their fur babies. My dog had puppies recently and now all are coming to him. He also performed my dogs sonogram and X-ray and correctly diagnosed how many puppies she would have.

I recently brought my pup, Turbo in on a Saturday to be updated with his shots. We were greeted by Luis who was so friendly to my husband & I. Once we entered the hospital I instantly knew we found our vet! Dr. Hah was just a gem with my Turbo. It was quite an experience since my pup was terrified but Luis was so gentle and within time my boy began to trust them. Dr Hah explained each shot & the importance of them which I appreciated. The staff are "Angels" and we are so grateful to them.

Took my dog in for booster shots. 12 hours later she broke out in bumps on top of her head. For the follow up visit they charged me another office visit of $75. When I complained that I should not be charged due to a follow up. I was told that the shots had nothing to do with it. So my dog, who is seven and never had an allergy a day in her life, now 12 hours after getting booster shots I'm told that this is a freak thing. If these people have to go to this extreme of BS over $75 then I would assume they must be hurting for money. So if you bring your pet to them prepare to pay top dollar

My family would like to thank Dr. Hah and the staff at this hospital. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and was in a state of being unable to undergo surgery even though he had a lump on his body.
If I hadn't met him, my cat would still have been struggling to repeat urine and blood sugar checks. Thankfully, he became well enough that he was able to undergo surgery.
One unique part of this hospital is that it has a cat-only room which is filled with healing smells for cats. Thanks to this, my cat who had surgery and the other cats at home were able to rest well without any trouble, and

Find another Animal Dr. I cannot be more disappointed with their deceptive business practices. $45.00 for the visit, OK..fair enough. Then we were told it would be an additional $457.00 dollars for the treatment. OK, fair enough again, we signed the agreement to have the treatment. When our dog was returned to us, they asked how we would be paying to which we said debit card and handed it over and then left with a bag including some medication no copy of the receipt. When we dug into the bag we found the receipt stapled to the back of the medication information. Total $778.27 Whattt? Called them

After my family and I decided to bring home a pet that was left on the side of the road we soon noticed that the puppy was having some health issues. I searched Yelp and came across this business. Dr. Hah and his staff are top of the line! My dad and I have been bringing our dogs here for the last 15-16 years! We are so pleased with his service that after moving over an hour out of the area, we drive 60+ miles rather than settle for convenience and go somewhere nearby. He and staff are very gentle while caring for your pet, our dogs are comfortable under his care. ALWAYS!

We drive past many other vet clinics to get to Angels Care because we love the way doctor Bill takes care of our dogs, we have taken our dogs to other vets and now that we found doctor Bill we will never go to an other vet, very smart and passionate about his work.

Our French Bulldog, Mickey, was diagnosed with mast cell tumor on his paw. Because of the complexity of the surgery required, we got a recommendation to see Dr. Hah. On the day of consultation, he was accommodating and was able to perform the digit amputation on the same day. We were even able to pick up Mickey on the same day.
