Our dedicated staff members are here to provide support, compassion, and information to help you through your journey of grief and the celebration of your loved one's life. Matthew is a graduate of MidAmerican College of Mortuary Science. Matthew and his wife, Lisa and children, Nick and Amy moved to Breathitt County from Perry County in 1996 to work at Breathitt Funeral Home as a licensed funeral director and embalmer.

If your loved one dies in a healthcare facility, they will notify the proper authorities, including the funeral home you have chosen to care for your loved one if they know that information.
