Adail was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was getting an estimate for soffit and gutter repair and he noticed that a previous roofer had failed to tape down the rubber porch roof to the drip edge and water was getting into the beam below (a fact I confirmed with a different roofer whose estimate I did not use).

I can’t even BEGIN to say all the amazing things that is Adail Bastos Roofing. They are so kind, friendly, professional, trustworthy, & CLEAN! Adail and his employees were on time, efficient, communicative, and just all around great people. While the quote was SLIGHTLY higher than others (some non licensed as well) I completely trusted Adail at his word for the pricing. Adail was able to start sooner on our roof than expected. I picked him after watching his progress on another job in our Poway neighborhood.
Attention to detail and structural integrity of the roof are job one. ThaT sounds cliche , but this guy is the real deal. His price was competitive with other roofers and he does a better job.
This was my 2nd roofing experience in as many years( our home and a rental house for this review. )

Adail is an angel - and everything you hoped for out of anyone that comes to help you with your home. He is honest, hard-working, and genuine.
We needed to do some roof maintenance on our home and called 2 places - Adail was so fast and was able to come take a look at the roof within 30 minutes. He got up on our roof and noticed some tiles were displaced and immediately helped put them back as we were expecting a heavy rainstorm the next day and he didn't want us to have any issues. He sent us an estimate that night. For comparison, the other company didn't bother going on our roof

I had one loose roof tile that somehow flipped up so it was sticking straight up in the air. I called Adail based on his outstanding Yelp reviews and told him I had a very small job. He told me he had a small company with only two employees and most of his jobs were small. Adail and his helper showed up on time, were friendly, masked and professional. They caulked the loose tile and then told me it was free of charge. I was shocked because they still spent their time driving to my house. I met with Adial just two hours after call, Adial take a carefully look at my roof and gave professional suggestions:To check with builders at first to see if it can be covered. So customers benefit is the first they consider, then the second is what they can earn.

Excellent job by Adail and his team! We needed to have the underlayment replaced and wanted to keep the old tiles. Other companies who provided a quote tried to talk us into replacing all the tiles and doing all sorts of other things we did not want. Adail had a look at the tiles and told us they were still in good shape. He quoted us a reasonable price for the job we wanted him and his team to do.
We did need to have some plywood replaced on the roof, which we had expected. Adail took pictures beforehand to show us what the wood looked like before replacing it. The work was completed on time

We bought our house a few years ago and unfortunately have run into some issues that the seller did not fix. After a few days of torrential rain, we noticed a large leak in our basement. My husband determined that the leak might be coming from our roof, where some shoddy patching had been done.

Rare! Recommended with NO reservations! We had a leak in our roof that the previous owners had so graciously and secretly left us. I did my research and asked for a number of quotes...Adial was the only company who showed immediately and though very busy, he rearranged his schedule knowing we needed a fix asap, he was hired on the spot! Moreover, he tested and followed up ensuring no more leaks!! I always try to write reviews(good, bad or ugly) about Goods and Services believing in making things better! I want to give a positive review to Adail and his staff for a job well done on my roof. Adail was very pleasant to work with and he is flexible and willing to work with you on a fair price. It is rare to find someone who is genuine, nice, honest and a hard worker. He and his crew arrived on time, did the work efficiently and did a good job of cleaning the areas. The owner came out to my house to give me a quote to replace the entire roof. After comparing it to 3 other quotes, I decided to use him, he was priced competitively and he was willing to go into detail about how he'd attack this job.

He does excellent work, he is licensed & has insurance. That was key factor in choosing him because we had other work done and they messed up. The roof was only 3 years old and leaking already. Adail found our leaks when he removed our new shingles. He's very kind and seems very honest. He doesn't like to take shortcuts. Very competitive prices. I recommend you call for a quote.
