Terrible experience here. Would not recommend to anyone. They did not listen to my concerns about my pet. Also didn’t perform services they were asked to because they were lazy. They told me I would have to have video evidence of my pet in pain for them to do anything.

Staff genuinely cares for pets as if they were their own. Dr Abrams always goes out of her way to answer my questions & understands my concerns . Communication is great, responsive to emails , phone calls etc. many great doctors , techs & support staff . I fully trust them with my dogs . Especially my 14 year old pug with special needs ❤️

We make the drive from the East Side of Madison just see the docs at Waunakee Vet Clinic. They are always awesome! They speak to you in "normal speak" and not in terms you can't understand. Since they added boarding, grooming, and doggy daycare we no longer have to use multiple services for our dog. Highly recommend!
