Before launching Sun City Mechanical in 2003, Gary Ferguson worked at a bakery in downtown Phoenix, along with his three brothers. When the bakery closed, he retrained in the areas of air conditioning and plumbing. After he joined another company and saw the dishonesty in the industry firsthand, he decided to start his own company based on his high level of integrity.

Sun City mechanical have excellent technicians. They installed a new stainless sink, a new toilet and a new hot water heater. Manny and Sergio are professional, experienced and know what they are doing. I would recommend this company to everyone. Last week I had a leak in my garage, Manny found a loose connection behind my washer. Since I am a loyal customer, I was not charged for the visit. NOT even a service call. It pays to stay with one company that you can rely on.

Their "a/c tech's are paid a commission on what they sell or repair.
The more repairs they sell the more money the technician gets paid.
Do you think that type of pay compensation could possibly lead to the selling of "unnecessary parts and repairs". Very similar situation in the auto repair business. Most auto repair shops pay their repair mechanics

I have used Sun City Mechanical for my Sun City West homes numerous times and have always found them to be prompt, knowledgeable, fair and reliable.. they have not lead me down the most expensive road and always have repaired my issues. I have older AC/ heat pump units and hey service them and keep them running . I will use them to replace with new units when needed...Technician Brent D. Is awesome!

I recently moved to Sun City and wanted to have the HVAC system inspected. Sun City Mechanicals was recommended to me by a friend. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Glenn, the technician, and the price for the inspection and tuneup was very fair. We have used Sun City Mechanical for a the past few years for both ac and plumbing needs. We have never had a bad experience! The service providers are courteous, professional, and clean (which you don’t always find in the middle of a Phoenix summer!) The service providers make sure we understand the work they perform. Moved into our new townhome to discover the air conditioner not cooling. Called Sun City Mechanical. Kyle was great telling us of repairs or replacement. The very next day the crew showed up to install a new air conditioner in 116 degree weather! Everyone of them were fantastic, professional and did a great job. Even fixed our toilet seal. The hot water tank was a job as it was 21 years old and heavy with sediment. Excellent Work! Thank You all

This was the previous post, however I am adding to it. Sun City Mechanical made me very happy again this morning. Sergio, the plumber drained my water heater, checked all plumbing in the house. Sinks good shower good etc. Glenn also arrived a little later --he is the AC tech. He tested all my air-conditioner equipment so yes I am ready because here comes 110° weather soon. Thanks to you all at Sun City mechanical. Thank you for always your assistance and help----Sun City Mechanical. Very happy with this company. I called SCM last week when my elderly mom had a leak under her bathroom sink. They got over there the same day I called and took very good care of her. They had their own restoration company to dry out the carpet, replace drywall, fix everything that got ruined in the flood and even handle the insurance claim.
I called them because they are who we use at my work and I felt I could trust them with my mother and they wouldn't take advantage of her. She couldn't have been more happy with the technician who came and the entire process. Thanks SCM!!

I purchased a home in surprise in may of this year in april the seller had sun city mechanical come out for an inspection. The tech said the ac was working.properly and the drain was completely clear upon an inspection of the home i purchased the inspector found rust at the drain and said the ldrain line had a clog we went to the seller and they produced a reciept from sun city mechanical. Not even 30 days after.move in. I developed a water leak in my bathroom i had called my home warranty. They came out. Checked it. Fround the trap for the drain 100% clogged. With this leak. I don't really know how many stars to put here. We requested a quote for a Mitsubishi mini-split for our garage. Electrical ready to go. They quoted a different inferior unit so we called them back and asked for the Mitsubishi quote. It was hard enough to get the first quote and of course they said "sorry thought he had already given you the quote". Well it's been two months now and no call, no quote. So as far as stars, maybe it should be ZERO since they don't care if they have a new customer. Guess they just don't need the money. They are off our list.

WOW! An honest contractor. We were in a hurt, because our water heater quit working while we were away. I couldn't get the pilot light lit following the instructions as printed on the unit. Had a friend stop by and he had no luck. Call my Nieghbor and he said I've used these guys for years and have always been satisfied. So, I call them and told them my problem. The staff was extremely courteous and very helpful in making sure they got someone out here today. They gave me a reasonable time frame and even called prior to getting here.
