Worst place to live, they don't provide any maintenance. Laundry machines (washer and dryers) are in pathetic conditions, seems they bought it from yard sale. Doesn't wash and dry at all. Window nets have so many holes though never fixes and let the bugs fly in. They project everything good when you will go to view apartment however, once you move in they never care. Worst place in Brookings, glad that I moved out after my lease got over. Also, forget the security deposit. These thieves will deduct your deposit as if they gave you a palace to live while the fact is quite opposite! Stay
