Honestly not sure. However I have a reason for that answer. They never get back with you, I have made several attempts to speak to them regarding land listed on their site for sale and no one has made an attempt to reach back out. With the experience I have had with them I would recommend another company. Which is honestly fine as their are several in the county and surrounding areas!

The Spencer Group has to be the best Real Estate office in our area, staffed with the most caring group of professionals I’ve ever dealt with. Richard was an Awesome realtor. He did everything we asked of him. He got our closing expedited so we could close in 30 days.
