THN is sponsored by Cone Health and is governed and operated by a board of managers and a physician-led operating committee. We believe by working together, our network can provide the right care, at the right place, at the right time.
Participating in Triad HealthCare Network (THN) provides value-added services and resources to assist practices. Participation is voluntary, does not impact your traditional medical staff structure and allows you to have managed care contracts with your health plans. To join THN, get started by agreeing to our Shared Commitments and signing a Network Participation Agreement.
Triad Healthcare Network (THN) is a doctor-led Accountable Care Organization (ACO) serving the Piedmont Triad Area of North Carolina. We manage and coordinate care for nearly 200,000 patients in Alamance, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham and part of Forsyth counties. With THN, patients with Medicare or participating insurance plans can expect better quality care and more coordinated and cost-effective care across providers.
