IWV INSURANCE AGENCEY LLC in Ridgecrest Ca. uses Dairyland Insurance to cover our Automobile policy. PLEASE BEWARE of them. Dairyland Insurance is THE WORST insurance company to deal with. The Claims Department has horrible customer service(Karmen Koehmstedt). The Claims Department said we weren't covered and I had to email them to show them that yes indeed we were covered. HIGH PREMIUM'S, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I'm not certain if it is crappy software problems with these guys, overworked, incompetence, or what. I have had a home insurance policy and a car insurance policy with this brokerage firm for about 5 years. I rent out most of the house so I do not always live at the home's address. In the last 12 months I moved and called them for a mailing address change on the 2 policies. End result, one policy began to arrive at the new address and one not. After the second attempt at calling to rectify, there was still no change.

I first discovered IWV Insurance Agency about a year ago when I was in a desperate situation. It was the day before a holiday weekend and we just closed on an investment property. I called my current agent to secure insurance coverage and found out they closed early that day which meant my property would be without coverage for a long holiday weekend. Yikes! I started calling other agencies from a list online and Christina Good at IWV answered the call. She was able to secure the exact coverage we needed (at a better rate) and has been insuring our investment properties ever since.

I have been with IWV Insurance for several years and I must say that IWV Insurarance takes care of all my needs, I do want to say Ali is the best, she goes above and beyond for her customers and because of that I will alwasy have my insurance there. If you dont have insurance with IWV then I suggest you change it and give them a try, you wont be disappointed at all! Everyone that works there is great! They treat you like family and I love them! When we dealt with IWV Insurance it was run by a father and son team. If you got the father, ask for the son. Better yet, head for the door. Search online. You'll be less disappointed.
When we moved to town we bought our insurance (house, auto) through them at the recommendation of a family friend. When it came time for renewal, they were really interested in seeing us dump or current insurance provider for Allied. I wish they had been up front and told us that they were now an Allied shop versus trying to [falsely] convince us that Allied was somehow better for us.
