Melanie really went above and beyond for us during the entire process of buying a new home and selling ours! We were out of town when we first put in the offer for our new home and she began showing our house as soon as the offer was accepted. She had our house under contract before we even got back from our trip! She is honest, knowledgeable, and so on top of everything.

Melanie was quick to respond to our inquires, made the house available to us any time we wanted to look at it or have anyone else look at it. She was very responsive with us and our lender. I worked with Melanie to both buy and sell my home in Colby and I cannot recommend her enough! We had an unexpected plumbing leak occur just before closing and she helped us get all of that resolved from 3 hours away, and still closed the sale on time.
