I applied to this property in June of 2020 and got approved. I asked the team (property manager Erica) to communicate with me weekly about move-in and the process of the unit because I was on time frame; I was moving from 3.5hrs away, those who were helping me move needed to request time off in advance, and I need to get things in order. When I asked Erica at the beginning to keep me updated weekly & to communicate with me no matter if it’s bad or good; she completely agreed that she would; however, she NEVER followed through; so I would call annoyed because she didn’t follow through on what

Bad place to stay people don't mind ther own business complain about every little thing that goes on breezeways are nasty with trash and cigarettes and bottles maintenance man barely fixes everything in the apartments they just patched it up and let it be don't fix it completely assistant manager has a nasty attitude don't clean the pool good at all when the summer time comes it's still has green slime and stuff in it just nasty 😷

This is the first place that I looked at when I moved to Virginia and I looked no further. I told my daughter and son in law NorthPointe is where I'm going to live. My grandbabies and my great grandbabies enjoy coming to visit me. Well ill be signing my 6th lease in May 2018 and I cannot imagine living anywhere else. I have made many friends here that I enjoy conversation with. I may not own my apartment, but I treat as if I did. My apartment still looks like it's new. When I moved in I was fortunate that the rugs and linoleum was brand new and it still looks that way. The staff here are so friendly

It has been six years that I have lived here. I really enjoy my apartment very much. This my home and the conveinences that surround NorthPointe make it easier to get around. I can see this being a long-term home. The staff are friendly and curtious. A big thank you to them, because they make it a warm welcoming place to live. Thank you Army, Lauren, Jason and Raymond.
