After a car accident Gerlach Chiropractic was the only place willing to see or help me. Everywhere else I went said they couldnt or they were afraid to make it worse. I am just finishing up my first week in the “Get Slim Rochester” program. My first weigh in is tomorrow. I have lost 6lbs by my calculations. I receive regular emails from the program motivating me and explaining why I may be feeling the way I do. The program works if you follow it. (No cheating.. the scale knows). There were 2 days I was a bit hungry but yesterday I had to force myself to eat my dinner. The food options are extensive.
