I will start this off by saying I am a experienced mechanic. I have been in the field for 5 years and I do all my own work my self. There are some things I can not do my self such as alignments. I rebuilt the front end of my 1994 suburban and needed a alignment and was waiting for some bolts to get it done last minute before leaving for new years vacation vacation. I really cant say enough good things. I called for a friend who had terrible service elsewhere and decided to call Farnsworth Auto Plus. Let me first say that Angel is a complete professional. Essentially from first call to final follow up call absolute professionalism. After my friend's car was done I took my car there the next day. I had my breaks worked on. Again very professional. Follow up texts and phone calls with step by step process and explanation of services needed. Not pushy at all. I give 5 stars because I really could not have asked for a better experience.

Steve and his team have been working on my two cars for about 7 years now. They are the most honest and professional auto service I've seen in the Aurora area. I live 8 miles away and I always go to them, even though I have an auto shop .2 miles from my home. I've never had to bring my vehicle back because of shoddy workmanship, they are upfront on their pricing and their costs are reasonable.

Everything was wonderful from the moment I walked in. I had needed a full break job done on my Volkswagen Jetta and they were able to appoint me the same day I called which was convenient because I work a lot, timing is important to me & safety as well so breaks working properly are a must when driving any vehicle! My daughter has a 2003 Toyota, and the brakes started grinding so bad she was afraid to drive the vehicle. First vehicle and I don’t drive the vehicle at all so I was unaware of what was wrong. On top of that her sticker is extremely expired because of the check engine light we haven’t been able to update the sticker. Steve (mechanic that I dealt with here) understood that it was a older vehicle and I would not want to put too much money into the vehicle especially at one time.
