The 105-room Hilton Hotel was designed to meet the latest RIDEM stormwater regulations. Millstone provided engineering services including planning and zoning approvals, drainage and utility design and Landscape Architecture. Our survey department was responsible for the topographic and property line survey as well as construction layout services.
