By far the best dental team I have ever experienced. We’ve been driving from Beckley to Oak Hill for several years now just to see Dr. Hale and all the staff there. Megan is wonderful!! Mandy is always so helpful when I have to get work done. She knows I’m not the best patient so she’s always really kind and takes her time with me. I appreciate them so much!!

Not good with kids that have anxiety. Very hit or miss on who you deal with and obviously who you are. Some people are allowed to go back with their children, others not. Not sure how they choose. The first visit I was allowed back, today they said no. Their excuse was covid but covid was already in full effect a few months ago when I first took my daughter. And a friend of mine took her daughter a couple weeks ago and her mom was allowed in. So I guess their rules vary depending on who you are? The day? The way the moon is aligned? Due to a past experience, I have a bit of dental office anxiety. From the first phone call I began to feel more at ease than I expected. Everyone I’ve met has been positive and welcoming! Their internal communication clearly shows a good work environment and good leadership.
I cannot be convinced otherwise — Dr. Hypes is a rockstar!
I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Hale’s office is wonderful! Maria has been cleaning my teeth for most of my life and she always does an amazing job. The rest of the staff are always kind and courteous as well. I love the new offices with the massaging chairs and TVs at every station—it makes going to the dentist feel like a spa day! I’d definitely recommend this office—and either of the dentists—to everyone.

I had been for a cleaning and had to have teeth pulled then cavaties..now some more removal. Each time no matter what was going on with me I felt so comfortable and at ease .Dr Hypes and her staff were awesome..Maria has been cleaning my teeth for many years and I wouldn't want it any other way .No one wants mouth drilled but the professional staff really makes me feel at ease .Thanks to all

The Hale Family Dentistry, is just that ...family. Not because we know part of the staff already, but all of them make us feel at ease. They are so kind to make our appointments at the same time, which is very important, since I have narcolepsy. If there is any wait at all, it isn't much. Very maticulous! We come out saying...don't your teeth feel so nice!! And love the convenience of the location.

This place is the best. Maria has been my dental hygienist for about 40 years. She does an amazing job. Dr Hale is friendly and professional. Their office is very homey and welcoming. Rhonda does an excellent job with billing and insurance. There have been years when I dreaded going to the dentist. That’s not the case with Hale Dentistry. I look forward to my visits there and know they are helping me keep my teeth healthy.
