Services
We save our clients time, money and frustration by using technology to its full advantage. For new construction and major renovations, we combine three dimensional analysis models and building information modeling (BIM) to streamline the design process. We start by building a full 3-d model of the structure in our analysis software and applying the anticipated loads to it.
Utilizing Revit and 3-D analysis software, we are able to quickly resolve complex roof geometry and establish available clear heights within the building structure.

Bringing us into the design development process early on can result in significant cost savings, as we can identify structurally challenging architectural features, find opportunities to save structural costs with minor architectural impact, and determine the most efficient structural system for any given structure.
Katahdin Engineering is proud to serve the residential market - no matter how big or small the project may be. For many, a home is the most important and expensive asset that you'll ever own, and we know you want to take care of it. See below for ways in which we can help you as a current or prospective homeowner.
