Most real estate companies charge transaction fees that range from $500.00 to over a $1,000.00. That's money that you save. For almost twenty years, selling real estate full time is all we do - Unlike many real estate agents who only sell real estate part-time. Through our Board of Realtors, our listings are automatically uploaded to hundreds of websites, including Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.

This is the WORST Real Estate Brokerage I have done business with in over 45 years.
Douglas Mariano is rude, ignorant of Real Estate Law & Protocols and rarely answers his emails. messages. texts or voice mails.
We had entered into a Lease Contract with Owner approved lease amount and Mr Mariano ghosted both the Real Estate agent representing me, myself and the owner.
He illegally CANCELED a Lease Agreement without the Owners approval and cost us $$$ time and aggravation.
RUN, DO NOT WALK. FROM THIS FRAUD.
