We started our firm in 1988. We believe in the value of relationships. We view every client relationship like a partnership, and truly believe that our success is a result of their success. Each Certified Public Accountant has met the stringent requirements of California state law and has an active license in good standing to practice public accounting before the California Board of Accountancy. Our CPAs are verse in the matters of accounting and taxation, continually updating these skills through professional education.
Vic Zaferson is one of our Senior Accountants. Born in Peru, Vic started working here in 2001 and does the bookkeeping for many of our Clients. He and his wife Donna have been married for 43 years, have two children and six grandchildren. Vic enjoys many activities including live theatre and watching Donna sing with their church choir.
I am the office manager here at Fleming & Co., CPAs. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my husband Roger and 2 Jack Russells Terriers, Bandit & Lucky. My Daughter Amber and son-in-law Steve have blessed me with 3 beautiful little granddaughters. Every couple of weeks we get to keep them for the night.

Worst accounting firm in California - don't believe the other reviews as they are not legitimate. These people will swindle you out of your hard earned money and charge you more than what you owe the IRS. It will feel like an audit when you do your taxes here, just because they think they are elite claiming CPA, doesn't mean that they are entitled to steal from you which they most definitely will

If I could give more stars, I would.
My husband and I came to Margaret a hot mess! Our last CPA screwed us over big time, and left us at the mercy of the IRS with a whopper of an audit. Margaret talked us from our proverbial cliff, then painstakingly went through our entire paper trail for 2012 with a fine-toothed comb. She insisted that we not be at the audit (no argument there) while she went to bat for us. Margaret saved us thousands of dollars on our audit, and many hours of stress.
I've learned the hard way the importance of an honest CPA that really knows what they're doing

Have used Margaret Fleming for many, many years, and am grateful for her wisdom, professionalism and support. She has helped us with many issues that were quite involved.
