They kept rescheduling my appoinent and I got confused as to what time my appt was and I came on about 10 minutes late and drove from Monteagle to Fayetteville and I have a severe tooth infection and I thought my appt was at 230. I got off work and sped down here and made it at 212pm and they canceled my appt. the work he did on my teeth, the fillings fell out and that is why I have the infection in the first place

I have always been afraid of dentist but I had some teeth that need to be pulled and everyone in his office is very friendly . They made sure I was comfy and didn't feel any pain and very nice and very fast . my husband went to him last year and really liked him as well . I have some other things that I need some he will be the only one I will go to . we both give them 5 Stars . My mom Donna went to him before she passed away she is who told us to go to them . . Best dentist I e ever been to

Nothing but good things to say about Dr Thurman and his staff. All the hygienists have been great on all of my cleanings, and Dr Thurman was able to get me in quickly when I had an issue that needed special attention. An added plus is getting to see the beautiful Elk River while sitting in the dental chair for a cleaning.Would recommend to anyone needing a friendly and qualified dentist.

I had a scheduled appt at 11:00 . Another patient who had a morning appt who had forgotten and was very late was taken before me and taken care of . I however sat in the room for over an hour . I suffer from panic attacks and was extremely nervous the entire time . Dr. Thurman came in and evaluated me . I had a broke tooth and just needed the root pulled out . It had been broke over 2 weeks and was no emergency. And was not painful . The nurse comes in and tells me they are going to lunch and I need to come back after 1:00 . Well however inconvenienced what choice did I have . I came back at 1

When my trusted, long-time dentist retired, I was nervous trying to find a new dentist. I had some really bad dental experiences when I was young. Dr. Thurman put me at ease and proved himself to be an excellent dentist. He is very sensitive to my concerns and a very skilled healthcare professional. Dr. Thurman removed all 4 of my son's wisdom teeth on the same day about 5 years ago, and after having 4 dry sockets and "wanting to DIE" when I had mine done I was EXTREMELY anxious...he had the least adverse affect of anyone I've ever seen or heard tell of!!! I was so grateful!!! All he ever needed was a couple of ibuprofen, NO complications, they billed the insurance efficiently, and worked with us kindly and respectfully on our balance. I have NOTHING BUT RAVE REVIEWS FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!
