My wife and I recently sold our camp through Good Morning Realty. This was the 2nd time utilizing their realty services and in both instances it was a pleasure to deal with Britt Abbey. 14 years ago the owner came to us with a property he was having a difficult time selling. Since it was viewable from our lake house, we paid a premium for it. My husband has purchased over $10 million in property for an investment trust, some using realtors, some not. I was diagnosed with terminal cancer, its time to shed some of the property, the parcels in New York and Vermont first. We contacted Mr. Abbey, who now refuses to list a any of our property in Lewis County. He has made no representation as to the other $9.7 million properties in the area. (We do not intend to ask.) I hired Good Morning to handle the sale of my house. Dealing With Britt Abbey was wonderful. He was professional and very honest about the value. He suggested a few improvements for my home before listing and honestly it made a world of difference. The experience was so easy I hired Roger and Britt to handle the search for a rental property. Britt lined up several buildings and again I made the purchase. When I purchase my next rental I will again hire Good Morning Realty.
