Dr. Moses Corbell knew from a young age after he received his first chiropractic adjustment that he wanted to be a chiropractor. He is now excited to give back and bring that same health potential to the Scottsdale area.
His mind and heart for Chiropractic grew throughout his childhood in Central California and further in his undergraduate studies at California State University of Bakersfield where he graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science.Dr. Moses then pursued his postgraduate studies at the Southern California University of Health Sciences, one of the most evidence based Chiropractic Universities in the nation.

While attending a home and garden show, I sat down with Dr. Lina at their booth and she explained things to me and showed me the technology used in the office, a machine that rolls down the spine that shows you what is going on inside. This was huge for me. I got to see what was going in inside my body and I love how they focus on the Nervous System.
After a complete analysis, the Gonstead chiropractor is ready to deliver any necessary adjustments. Dr. Moses is pretty awesome and very knowledgeable. He starts of your evaluation with xrays and explaining exactly what your body needs. He is also very helpful in helping you understand what is going on with your body. Honestly i wish every doctor was as understanding and as knowledgeable as dr. moses.

Found Pure Life Chiropractic for my daughter through someone I follow on IG. My daughter raved about how great Dr. Moses was and how the office staff were the friendliest. I knew I needed to give them a try. It's a good 45 min drive for me, but let me tell you it's worth every minute. I have had Chiropractic work done in the past, but never as thorough as Pure Life. INCREDIBLE group of doctors and staff! Dr Moses and Dr Lina, and soon to be Dr Darren are the absolute best. Their approach, their technique, their process all 100% focused on getting you healthy and fix your issues, even for just regular nervous system maintenance. My entire family 4 goes here now and not even 2 months in (2 visits/wk), seeing tremendous results with our 18 Yr old athlete, who was stuck at 82 mph baseball arm velocity for 2.5 years, and 100% due to the chiropractic treatment is now at 86 mph literally overnight. First RE-evaluation had great improvements with his nerve scans.

Dr. Lina and Dr. Moses are incredible! From my very first appointment with them, I felt comfortable, understood, and educated. I make it a priority to see Dr. Moses twice per week, which will lessen to once per week once my treatment plan kicks off.
Earlier this week, I had to wait for my adjustment for an unusually long period of time, which led me to miss my appointment since I had to leave without being seen. For nearly a year I have had hip pain. I could do most activities but was unable to lift my leg in a side plank! I went to physical therapy for two months trying to strengthen the muscles. I just wasn’t improving. I felt “out of wack” 🤪 I decided to try Dr Mo. I had several adjustments from Dr Mo and was feeling more “normal” when I remembered I had not be able to do side plank and lift my left leg. The staff is great! They take a holistic approach to getting you better and if you follow all the advice and stay consistent with the recommended visits you are sure to improve. I started off here in April with Sciatica and within 3 months I had no trace of sciatica pain. I still have a few underlying issues which I continue to address with Dr Corbell. Since February and March was the time I experienced a ridiculous amount of pain, I am extremely grateful for the knowledge and help I have received from Pure Life Chiropractic in Scottsdale! Hands down the best chiropractor I have ever met!

Came in because I slept wrong and my neck was in a great deal of pain for a few days. Dr Moses and doctor Lina made an appointment for me the next day and in a few min made the essential adjustments and I felt relief instantly but I still need to put ice on it but feeling 98% better! From the time you walk in until you leave you feel at home and so welcoming. The place is so clean and everyone is very nice/friendly. The doctors have lot's of Energy. They do an amazing job explaining what's going on what's getting ready to happen and why they doing it and talking about it. Me and daughter are happy with this chiropractor. You will not be disappoint.

Dr. Moses & Dr. Lina are amazing. They really took the time to explain everything they do and after taking the neurological tests and scans along with X-Rays, we came up with a great game plan to start the healing process. My back and neck pain have stopped and it is always a pleasure coming in. They do so much more than normal chiropractors and I can't recommend them enough! Also, their dog Rogue is amazing!

Dr. Lina is amazing with kids. We brought our 3 year old in for an evaluation and treatment due to chronic ear infections. We were very pleased with the results. The staff is extremely friendly. They do an amazing job of reviewing the X-rays and educating on your spine and nervous system to identify the root cause of any issues. Dr. Moses has great bed side manner and provided treatment to both myself and my wife. We both found relief after the first treatment.
