The worst tax professional I have encountered!!!! The absolute worst communicator and the last person I would recommend to do your work for you. I first was referred to Marcos to help me get the SBA Loans for my company. He actually got it declined and then blamed it on the lender. I went ahead and filed it myself and i got approved, for both draws.
Concurrently, Marcos promised me to have my taxes done for me. I paid him for them then waited months until I finally had it. He constantly would tell me we will meet and then the meeting would lead to know work performed. Finally I got a refund!!

I file my 2019 taxes here and I had a good experience. However this year was awful. I scheduled 3 different phone appointments over the phone and never received a call. Then one of the accountants Marcos called and said he would have everything ready for me and to expect a call from him later that day. Never received the call. So I call the next day I called to get an update and he wasn't in. I call the following day and they told me he'd call me when everything was ready. Its the 4th day and never received a call. I'm not sure why they schedule appointments if they can't keep up with them

Ramirez Accounting Services had received payments from me in January, 2020 to prepare and electronically file my *business taxes,* and to this date, had never provided the services.
Over the course of time, Ramirez Accounting Services did however, provide excuses and promises, until June, 2020 when they had discontinued responding to my inquiries. They also are in possession of all of my tax related documents. This issue will not be put to rest/resolved, until this business has provided the required services and subsequently (via my pre-arranged instructions, has returned my tax documents to me
