I recently became a new patient at DeMille Mackay Dental. First experience was a cleaning and exam, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. At that time, we came up with a reasonable care plan to get my rockstar smile I always dreamed of having. A few weeks later, I had a teeth whitening that also was a great experience with gave great results! A few weeks after that, I had caps placed on my two front teeth. I AM OBSESSED with them! Dr. Demille, Doris, Rachel, and the rest of the amazing staff at DeMille Mackay Dental literally saved my 14yr old daughters entire mouth! My daughters teeth were, well as far as we knew, they were beyond un-saveable, especially her top front 6 teeth! We had been to several "specialty" dentists before finding this place! We were given estimates that would make any one drop to the ground in sheer shock! We were positive that we were going to have to take out some kind of mortgage, because ofcourse, a gorgeous 14yr old girl needs her beautiful smile (no matter the cost 😬)! Anyway, looong story

Exceptional service! Been treated here for over 25 years!! l live in Spanish Fork, there are, plenty of dentist in my area and l rather drive an hour to experience great treatment, friendly staff and outstanding doctors, doctors and staff keep up the great job!! Seriously, I dont think I have ever had a more gentle dentist. Im not an ideal patient. He wanted to go one way i wanted to go a different way. And he had no trouble with my bob and weave. Didnt even blink. Dr. Demille was very professional and very gentle. Both I appreciate very much. The
Women at the front desk were Awesome! Not one issue. Very professional and courteous. Thank you.

Demille MacKay is just like any other dentist you'd visit with the exception of their mentally unsound front desk staff and incorrect/unlawful billing practices. They claimed I owed them for dental work that I never had done. I'm not someone who writes poor reviews, however, I believe this office should be reported.
I wouldn't ever recommend this office to anyone.
